Dear Wicked Seats Community,
With all that is happening surrounding COVID-19, it has hugely impacted the entertainment industry not only in Toronto, but all over the world. That has led to questions about what happens if an event gets cancelled or postponed.
If you buy or have already bought tickets with us and the event is cancelled, we will either give you a store credit or issue you a refund. If the event you have tickets for becomes postponed, your ticket is still valid for the new date of the event. If you are unable to make it to the new date, please contact us at 1-844-644-4255 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will personally work with you to find a solution.
Due to the mandatory closure of all non-essential workplaces to help fight COVID-19 (as per the Ontario government here), our office is closed until further notice. We are still available via phone or email. Please be patient with us if you are waiting for a response since we are working remotely.
We understand that everything is up in the air at the moment and we are here for you for any questions or assistance you may need.
